Keith Brannon will retire at the end of 2010 and this JTC 1 plenary in Belfast is the last one that he will attend in his ITTF role.

Last but certainly not least, JTC 1 notes with regret the retirement of Keith Brannon. JTC 1 expresses its deep gratitude to Keith for his tireless dedication and contributions to the needs and work of JTC 1 from its inception in 1987 until the present day.
Keith has acted as friend, mentor, and guide through the years in dealing with Geneva, in taking the cause of JTC 1 to our parents, in patiently explaining ISO to JTC 1 and JTC 1 to ISO. We will continue to parse his interpretations and mull over his musings for years to come.
His wit and thoughtfulness will be truly missed. We wish him a long, healthy and happy retirement.
